Ever heard of Kaizen?
Kaizen is the Japanese concept of small steps leading to big changes through continuous improvement.
Believe it or not, but BREATH SUPPORT is the Alpha & Omega of SINGing and to make it even more unbelievable, BREATH SUPPORT is simply said “continuous movement”.
If we add Kaizen to SINGing we have continuous movement with continuous improvement.
A No-Brainer which brings us back to “Practise Time” without overwhelm! Let’s deep dive this option.
5 Steps to overcome overwhelm
1.slowing down
2.simplifying
3.sensing
4.surrendering – and
5.self-care
…delivered in that order and building upon each other.
Cultivating these steps one at a time, over time, has proven to reduce a key underlying issue that keeps us stuck: OVERWHELM.
Just a few minutes of my slow-drip method morphs into more minutes and less effort. It guarantees a calmer nervous system, a quieter mind, more ease, more SINGing and more JOY.
What you receive from following my method is directly proportional to what you put into it.
The most important thing to remember here is that without awareness, intention and consistency, we cannot create new habits and transformational change.
Fight or Flight Response
Overwhelm happens when an ancient part of our brain, called the amygdala, has been activated and triggers a cascade of stress hormones through the system. You have probably heard of it – the fight or flight response. It’s like a built-in Secret Service Agent that springs into action the moment it senses danger. It’s a great thing to have when you are being attacked in the wild by a beast, or your toddler is reaching for the kitchen knife. Not so useful, however, when you are confronted by learning a new Role for your next Opera Engagement or practiSING the riffs you would so love to SING in your next BigBandGig.
ReleaSING takes time. It’s a „slow-drip“ time.
Time to rewire the brain that goes into fight-or-flight.
Time to soften resistances.
Time to grow new habits that feel really good and create lasting change.
The benefits of taking even just one minute to consciously slow down, simplify, sense, surrender and cultivate self-care, consciously and daily, are beyond measure.
If you’re willing to play the big game, the long game, and not just go after the quick fix, you will experience your heart lighting up and how your SINGing flourishes when regularly tended to.
You will delight in discovering aspects about yourself you never knew existed.
You will realize that practiSING at this level is not a job — it is a JOY!

By saying yes to STIMM-ICH you are saying yes to YOU
There is something magical that happens when we witness each other releaSING in a safe place. You will be amazed how many others feel the way you do. And here’s the best part of connecting with others: when you share your stories of triumph and challenge you effectively lighten the load exponentially – for everybody!
The best way to grow new lasting habits is consistency. That is why being part of a group and meeting regularly helps to seal our commitment and resolve!
If you live in a body that gets out of balance, thinks thousands of thoughts a day and you feel overwhelmed, then this course is for you.
Visible or invisible, OVERWHELM is anything that gets in the way of experiencing your true SINGer nature and best SINGer life.
